Been here since 1995 (excepting some time in San Francisco). Relatively speaking, I've been here a while. I can regale you with stories about the 90's in Portland with a slight New Jersey accent. Charming! Sadly, I will probably bore you by identifying too many plants. I'll get really focused on different flooring materials and their pro's and con's. I have experience owning and fixing up my own vintage home here in Humboldt. I walk these streets daily and know this neighborhood very well! I have been working with home buyers in the inner city market since early 2008. Prior to taking the Real Estate licensing test I worked as an office and marketing manager for two years at Vintage Real Estate. This gave me a great prelude to the industry and how to structure my business to nurture long term consulting relationships in Real Estate.
